Mena, a leading IP attorney with significant experience in the technology sector, will join Freshfields’ New York office.

Mena, who joins Freshfields from Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, will add his IP expertise to Freshfields’ robust US transactional team, while working together with the firm’s global IP team to deliver enhanced value for our US and global clients in their most significant transactions around the world. His experience in structuring and negotiating a wide range of IP transaction agreements is complemented by his considerable knowledge and understanding in the technology sector.
