CBRE announces the offering of 231-233 East 51st Street (the “Property”), a 23,141-square-foot office building in the heart of Turtle Bay near the United Nations. The Property is available immediately.

The Property features 23,141 rentable square feet across five floors, with an additional functional below-grade area measuring 3,546 gross square feet. Although the Property is configured for office and government uses (and currently overbuilt), zoning allows for other uses, including residential, medical and religious.

The Property is being marketed by Ned Midgley and Dan Kaplan of CBRE’s Midtown Manhattan office.
