Newly developed Peps Boys and Dollar General in Bordentown, NJ.

Situated at the traffic lit intersection of Route 130 and Groveville Road in Bordentown, NJ, this recently developed two-pad project includes a free-standing Dollar General and Pep Boys. Soloff Realty & Development, Inc. as exclusive agent for the Landlord, Bordentown Corner LLC, recently completed these lease transactions totaling more than 14,646 SF.

David Dunkelman of SRD represented both the Landlord and Tenant in this 15 year Dollar General lease for a 9,100 Sf building. Dollar General is a chain variety store with more than 14,000 locations nationwide and are dedicated to providing the lowest possible prices for name brand products. The store will supply its Bordentown customers with groceries, home goods and beauty supplies among many other items.

David Dunkelman also represented the Landlord in the lease signing of a 5,546 SF Pep Boys. Marc Raiken of Feinberg &McBurney represented the Tenant in this transaction. This 10 year lease will allow Pep Boys to provide local customers with automotive maintenance, service, products, and auto parts.
