Blair Arthur Joins Citizen Relations as Executive Director of Strategic Planning

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Citizen Relations, a global, award-winning, integrated creative communications agency, announced today that Blair Arthur has joined as executive director of strategic planning, effective July 10.

Based in New York, Arthur will lead Citizen’s strategic planning team to further Citizen’s brand storytelling excellence through traditional, digital and social media. She will join Citizen’s expanding senior leadership team and report to Nathan Friedman, the firm’s U.S. general manager.

Arthur has lent her specialty skill set to traditional advertising agencies and PR firms alike. She was most recently at Access Emanate, where she founded their strategic planning function and created a proprietary process for the agency. Her strategy approach forged a path that bridged insights to creative ideas. Previously, she led research at Every Day with Rachael Ray and worked with the iconic brand, IBM, at Ogilvy & Mather.

Arthur has also worked at Saatchi & Saatchi in shopper marketing, launching new products, developing category reinventions and creating promotional retailer programs in several channels for Proctor & Gamble brands. Arthur has also directed integrated campaigns for mom- and kid-targeted products for General Mills’ Cheerios brand.
