NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--McCourt LP, a family-owned global enterprise focused on building long-term value through entrepreneurial, strategic, and philanthropic investments and partnerships, announced today that Tracey Russell has been named Chief Operating Officer of McCourt LP. Russell is the current Chief Executive Officer of Conqur Endurance Group, a McCourt subsidiary, that creates world-class experiences that ignite passion in athletes and connect communities through the transformative power of sport.

In her new role, Russell will focus on McCourt LP’s continued global expansion, partnering with long-term international advisors to formalize those relationships and open offices in key European and Asian markets to ensure the organization is positioned for global growth going forward. Additionally, she will oversee the articulation and communication of the McCourt LP brand and work with other leaders in the organization to further define governance structures and metrics to help ensure the success of McCourt LP and its numerous businesses units.

Russell will also serve as Head of Philanthropy at McCourt LP, working closely with Frank McCourt and the McCourt family to ensure creation of the greatest social impact possible. She will help establish connectivity across McCourt’s numerous philanthropic efforts and will play an active role with key partners, such as Georgetown University, the McCourt School of Public Policy, The Shed, and The Future Project.
