BHI Relocates New York Headquarters to Bryant Park Area

BHI, the U.S. branch of Bank Hapoalim, Israel’s leading financial institution, has moved its corporate offices to the top two floors of the iconic Hippodrome Building at 1120 Avenue of the Americas. The move represents an expansion of BHI’s activity in the United States that includes the opening of its new Representative Office commercial group in Woodcliff, New Jersey.

Located between 43rd and 44th Streets, BHI’s new headquarters are based on an open-plan layout, supported by state-of-the-art technology. Light and airy, the entire space was designed to foster the kind of close collaboration that leads to innovation and growth. Thus, the office features several small seating areas to encourage greater interaction among team members, as well as a large lounge where the staff can come together for meals and events.

The New York office will continue to offer full commercial banking services that combine the personal attention and responsiveness of a prestigious boutique bank with the expertise and financial strength of a global bank.

The official opening of the new office was celebrated today at a ceremony attended by guests from the top echelons of Bank Hapoalim in Israel, as well as U.S. advisory group members and the entire BHI management team. Among the guests were Oded Eran, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Bank Hapoalim; Arik Pinto, President and CEO, Bank Hapoalim; Yair Talmor, CEO, BHI; and Gabriel Hamani, Manager, U.S. Branches.
