Kelley Drye & Warren Announces Five New Partners

Kelley Drye & Warren LLP has elected Jennifer Bedoya, Sarah Cronin, Cliff Katz, Marisa Lorenzo and Aaron Rosenfeld to partner and promoted ten attorneys to special counsel, effective July 1, 2017.

The new Kelley Drye partners serve clients within the following areas of focus:

  • Jennifer Bedoya, Real Estate
    Jennifer focuses on commercial real estate transactions throughout the United States. She has negotiated and closed transactions involving virtually all types of commercial real estate assets, including office developments, retail properties, industrial projects, hotels and apartment complexes. Jennifer's experience buying, selling, developing, managing, borrowing, lending and leasing has provided her a broad and deep view of the real estate finance market. She is a member of the Connecticut and New York State Bars.
  • Sarah Cronin, Media & Entertainment/Insurance Recovery
    Sarah represents and advises media and entertainment companies on a variety of litigation matters, including copyright, trademark, defamation, invasion of privacy, right of publicity, breach of contract, employment and cyber-piracy and Internet domain name retrieval through the World Intellectual Property Organization. She also represents and advises policyholders in insurance recovery matters against their insurance providers to enforce their coverage rights, helping them to recover millions of dollars in unpaid claims and damages. Sarah is also the co-chair of the California Chapter of the Media Law Resource Center and several American Bar Association committees. Sarah is a member of the California State Bar.
  • Cliff Katz, Pharmaceutical Litigation
    Cliff represents generic pharmaceutical companies in complex commercial litigation. He has extensive experience with Hatch-Waxman patent litigation, pharmaceutical pricing, federal and state false claims acts, consumer protection laws, class actions, breach of contract claims, fraud cases, and Medicaid and Medicare issues affecting the health care sector. Cliff is a member of the New York and New Jersey State Bars.
  • Marisa Lorenzo, Litigation/Communications
    Marisa is a litigator who focuses on investigations, enforcement actions and lawsuits involving the communications industry. She works with clients, including communication service providers, to navigate government investigations, Federal Communications Commission enforcement actions, and False Claims Act cases brought under both federal and state laws. In addition, Marisa represents clients in a variety of industries in all phases of complex federal and state commercial litigation, including trials, appeals, arbitration and mediation proceedings. She is a member of the New York and Connecticut State Bars.
  • Aaron Rosenfeld, Real Estate/Hospitality/Corporate
    Aaron is a transactional attorney who advises clients on commercial real estate deals, including real estate development, hospitality asset transactions, joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, private equity transactions, commercial lending and general corporate and contractual matters. He represents purchasers, sellers and financing parties in various transactions spanning a wide range of industries and deal structures. Aaron is a member of the District of Columbia Bar.

, Matt Basile, Katie Bond, Melissa Byroade, Michael Dover, Joel Hankin, Beth Johnson, Dino Koutsoubas, Cathy Lee and Jaclyn Metzinger were promoted to special counsel.
