The Times published an explosive story last Friday, “Women in Tech Speak Frankly on Culture of Harassment,” which came just a week after Uber’s CEO and founder Travis Kalanick stepped down due to complaints of sexism and harassment at the company.
So it would seem like a fine time to discuss something that’s not really talked about too much in the fast-paced, exciting startup world: HR.
