Nestio, www.Nestio.com , a real-time marketing and leasing management platform has announced that Lizete Alves joins the firm as its Business Development and Partnerships Director. In this role she will be responsible for solidifying the firm’s partnerships and integrations, and managing relationships with key third party partners.

Alves comes to Nestio with a decade of real estate marketing experience. Most recently she was the Director of Marketing for FirstService Residential where she was responsible for identifying and developing residential marketing, vendor relationships and the digital space to assist the company in expanding across new markets. Prior, she was the Marketing Manager for Rose Associates where she led the execution of marketing strategies for a portfolio of 22 high-profile residential clients. Alves has also previously held the position of Account Manager at StreetEasy where she generated new client opportunities and integrated new advertising positions.

Alves’ advanced skill set in residential marketing, vendor relationships and the digital space will be utilized to help Nestio expand across new markets.
