In addition to designing the models, Arquitectonica is the architect behind the building’s striking exterior, which was produced by the company's New York office. Ellipse is the acclaimed firm's first project in Jersey City.
The two model residences, Residence 1101, a one-bedroom/one-bath, and Residence 1105, a two-bedroom/two-bath, are both located on the 11th floor and offer unobstructed, sweeping views of the Hudson River and Manhattan skyline.
