NAI Hanson’s Joan Cenicola represented the tenant, Toson Food & Beverage No. Plainfield LLC dba Arooga’s Grille, in the lease transaction with the landlord, North Plainfield UE LLC.

Located along Route 22, one of the busiest retail corridors in the state, 1250 Route 22 East offers the ideal mix of accessibility and visibility that restaurant operators look for in a new location. Arooga’s Grille House and Sports Bar operates 16 locations throughout the northeastproviding patrons with a unique dining and sports viewing experience. The North Plainfield location will be chain’s first restaurant in New Jersey with a second location opening in East Brunswick later this year. The chain is hoping to open additional restaurants throughout northern and central New Jersey and southern New York in the coming months.
