Witkoff, Fisher Brothers and New Valley, in conjunction with Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, held a book signing with celebrated architect David Mann to acknowledge the release of his new coffee table book, “MR Architecture + Décor.” Held at the 111 Murray Street sales gallery, the new luxury condominium building in TriBeCa for which Mann is handling residential interiors, guests enjoyed cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and the chance to meet Mann and have him sign their book. Comprised of 157 luxury residences, 111 Murray Street is 70 percent sold, with closings and occupancy set to begin early 2018.
