Rachel A. Mynhier Joins Pepper Hamilton as of Counsel

Pepper Hamilton LLP announced that Rachel A. Mynhier joined the firm as of counsel in the Real Estate Practice Group.

Formerly counsel at Zukerman Gore Brandeis & Crossman LLP, Ms. Mynhier concentrates her practice on commercial real estate law with an emphasis on office and retail leasing and the acquisition and sale of commercial and residential properties. She regularly negotiates commercial leases and subleases on behalf of landlords and tenants in New York City, New Jersey, and throughout the country.

“Rachel is an experienced and well-respected real estate leasing and transactional lawyer.  Having her on the team boosts our already extensive capabilities, especially in New Jersey and New York.  She will be a valuable addition to the firm’s real estate group, as well as the New Jersey office,” said Matthew J. Ms. Mynhier received a B.A., cum laude, from Rutgers University (1997), where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. She received her J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law (2001), where she was an articles editor for the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution. Ms. Mynhier is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.
