Peter “Chip” Korn has joined Foley Hoag LLP as a partner in the Business Department and Co-Chair of the Emerging Companies and Venture Capital practice group. He will be resident in the firm’s New York office.
Korn’s practice focuses on venture capital and private equity matters, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate counseling for emerging growth companies. He actively works with technology companies at all stages of their growth, from incorporation through exit strategies.

Korn has over 20 years of experience representing emerging technology companies across a range of sectors relating to securities transactions, joint ventures and strategic alliances.

Prior to joining the firm, Korn was a partner in the New York office of Dentons, where he co-chaired that firm's Startup Program. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgetown University and a Juris Doctorate from Duke University School of Law.
