Ozanus will maintain his current role as deputy chairman and chief operating officer of KPMG in the U.S., which he has held since 2012. Prior to being named deputy chairman and COO, Ozanus led the firm's Tax business.

"In working closely with Scott, I have seen first-hand the example he sets as a steward of our firm," said KPMG U.S. Chairman and CEO Lynne Doughtie. "His extensive business expertise, combined with his passion for our people, values and brand, has positioned him well for this role."

Ozanus has played a critical role in the business planning and growth initiatives that have defined the U.S. firm's outstanding success and rapid innovation in recent years. Read more about P. Scott Ozanus here: http://bit.ly/2nDwZy7.
