Robinson+Cole welcomes six new associates to the firm. These lawyers bring additional depth to the firm’s business transactions, business litigation, environmental and utilities, insurance, and real estate practices.

Christopher M. Bergan (Business Transactions, Associate) – Mr. Bergan focuses his practice on corporate, strategic, financial, and commercial transactions. He earned his J.D. from Boston College Law School; his M.B.A from Tecnológico de Monterrey, EGADE Business School; and his B.A., cum laude, from the College of the Holy Cross. He is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts.

Edmund P. Daley III (Business Litigation, Associate) – Mr. Daley focuses his practice on complex commercial and real estate litigation matters. He earned his J. D., cum laude, from Boston College Law School and his B.A., magna cum laude, from Lafayette College. Prior to joining Robinson+Cole, Mr. Daley served as a law clerk for Chief Justice Scott L. Kafker and former Associate Justice Janis M. Berry at the Massachusetts Appeals Court. He is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

Dan A. Brody (Business Litigation, Associate) – Mr. Brody focuses his practice on complex business litigation matters, government and internal investigations, corporate compliance, and criminal defense. He earned his J.D., with honors, from the University of Connecticut School of Law and his B.A., cum laude, from Goucher College. Prior to joining Robinson+Cole, Mr. Brody was a law clerk for Chief Judge William J. Lavery and Judge Thomas A. Bishop at the Connecticut Appellate Court. He is admitted to practice law in Connecticut.

Timothy P. Larsen (Insurance, Associate) – Mr. Larsen focuses his practice on liability and property insurance coverage matters as well as complex insurance and reinsurance issues. He earned his J.D., including an Intellectual Property Certificate, from the University of Connecticut School of Law and his B.A., cum laude, from Boston University. He is admitted to practice law in Connecticut.

Kathryn N. Mullin (Real Estate + Development, Associate) – Ms. Mullin concentrates her practice on commercial real estate development, general real estate, leasing, and finance. She earned her J.D. from Western New England University School of Law and her B.S. from St. Lawrence University. She is admitted to practice law in Connecticut.

Diana E. Neeves (Environmental + Utilities, Associate) – Ms. Neeves focuses her practice on environmental, energy, telecommunications, and utilities law. She earned her J.D. from Pace University School of Law and her B.A. from Emory University. Prior to joining Robinson+Cole, Ms. Neeves was a judicial honors extern for U.S. District Judge Laura Taylor Swain of the United States District Court, Southern District of New York.

Additional New Talent

The firm is also pleased to welcome recent law school graduates Aniello P. Franzese and Alec Rubenstein. Mr. Franzese’s admission to the Connecticut Bar and Mr. Rubenstein’s admission to the New York Bar are pending. Mr. Franzese joins the Construction Group in the Hartford office. He earned his J.D., with high honors, from the University of Connecticut School of Law and his B.S. from the University of Connecticut. Mr. Rubenstein joins the Real Estate + Development Group in the New York office. He earned his J.D. from New York Law School and his B.A. from the University of Delaware.
