UNIONDALE, N.Y., Dec. 12, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Flushing Financial Corporation (Nasdaq:FFIC), the parent holding company for Flushing Bank, announced today that it has completed a $75 million multi-level subordinated debt offering. The Subordinated Notes will have an initial coupon rate of 5.25%. Sandler O’Neill + Partners, L.P. acted as Book Running Manager and Keefe, Bruyette & Woods acted as Co-Manager for the offering which was oversubscribed. The Company intends to utilize the capital to fund future growth, raise its corporate profile and reduce concentrations.
