In this role, Quarles is responsible for working with clients across industries on a wide range of executive compensation issues. He will be based in Los Angeles and has nearly 20 years experience in the executive compensation consulting industry.

Quarles works extensively with high technology clients in Silicon Valley and across the United States. In addition to adding an experienced professional with strong consulting, technical and marketing skills to the team, Quarles strengthens Pay Governance’s presence in the California and west coast markets.
