KPMG Named One Of The "Best Firms to Work For" By Consulting Magazine

KPMG LLP, the U.S. audit, tax and advisory firm, has been named one of the "2015 Best Firms to Work For" by Consulting magazine. KPMG ranked 7th, ahead of other Big Four accounting firm competitors, and performed strongly across all six facets of employee satisfaction that the Consulting magazine annual survey measures, including: client engagement, firm culture, firm leadership, career development, work/life balance and compensation and benefits.

"Receiving this strong recognition based on the feedback of our people is an absolutely amazing compliment to the continued exceptional growth of KPMG's advisory business," said Carl Carande, Vice Chair of Advisory at KPMG LLP. "It speaks directly to our people's professionalism, their passion for their work, and KPMG's purpose-driven culture, highlighting why people want to build a career with our firm."

The prestigious ranking is based on Consulting's annual survey of more than 9,000 consultants from over 300 firms. The Consulting ranking builds on several other significant recognitions received by KPMG over the past year, including the 2015 Fortune magazine "100 Best Companies to Work For," list, which ranked KPMG No. 63, also highest among the Big Four professional service firms. KPMG was additionally recognized by The 2014 Human Rights Campaign's Corporate Equality Index; Diversity Inc. magazine's Top 50 Companies for Diversity; Training magazine's Top 10 Hall of Fame; Working Mother's Best Companies for Multicultural Women; Universum's World's Most Attractive Employers; and NAFE's Top 50 Companies for Executive Women.
