Most recently, Gorgas led JLG Advisors LLC, an integration and human capital consulting firm, specializing in strategic planning and implementation, organizational effectiveness, change management and leadership development. Previously, she served as senior associate dean for the master’s in business administration program at
Gorgas received a master’s degree in management from London School of
Boland will lead the strategy and continued development of the firm’s formalized knowledge management organization. He will be responsible for leading the knowledge management team and driving knowledge sharing within the firm.
Most recently, Boland served as the global head of knowledge management at North Highland Co. Previously, he held numerous leadership roles at

Most recently, Porges served as national director of corporate citizenship at Deloitte, where he helped build the firm’s community engagement program. Previously, he served as vice president of public affairs and corporate communications for Coast Federal Bank FSB, where he was responsible for executive and employee communications, government relations and community involvement.
