NEW YORK, NY -- Prudential Douglas Elliman is pleased to announce that top-producing agent Madeline Hult Elghanayan has joined the company as Senior Vice President. Elghanayan will be based at the firm's East Side flagship office at 575 Madison Avenue.
"Madeline has an edge that you don't see in this business everyday" said Dottie Herman, President and CEO of Prudential Douglas Elliman. "She prides herself on knowing virtually every building and every board in the city - and her expertise in sales as well as promoting new developments makes her one of the most well-rounded and sought-after brokers in the business. We are delighted to welcome her to our Elliman family."

She next worked with Louise Sunshine as Director of Sales for the Sunshine Group, and was part of their predevelopment team for some of the most coveted properties in New York including Richard Meier's 165 Charles Street, Shigeru Ban's Metal Shutter Houses, 310 East 53rd Street for developer Harry Macklowe, and Tribeca's renowned luxury developments 7 Hubert Street and 66 Leonard Street (also known as the Textile Building). She also sold many prominent properties for Rockrose Development and continues to be involved with marketing upscale international real estate properties
"I am very pleased to join the dynamic and well-respected team at Prudential Douglas Elliman," Elghanayan said. "My extensive experience in high-end sales and new developments will allow me to make a significant contribution to Elliman's expansions in all aspects of the New York real estate market."
Elghanayan has a degree in architecture from New York University and went on to get a degree in design. She currently resides on the Upper East Side and in Southampton with her husband.
When she is not busy with work, Elghanayan is heavily involved in charitable causes including the Fresh Air Fund. Each summer, she and her husband open their Southampton home to inner-city children for one week. She is also fluent in English and Swedish.
