NEW YORK -- The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. (NYSE: EL) reported in an SEC filing that Cedric Prouvé, Group President - International, will continue as an employee-at-will and to receive his current base salary of $1 million for the coming year.

For fiscal 2012, Prouve's target bonus is $2.1 million, along with stock options. His total calculated compensation for the 2010 fiscal year was $5,299,529.

Prouve has been Group President of International Operations of Estee Lauder Companies Inc. since January 1, 2003. He started with the company in 1994 as General Manager, Travel Retailing - Asia Pacific Region and has served in a series of executive positions. Prior to joining Estee Lauder he spent 9 years with L'Oreal serving in sales and management positions.

The Estee Lauder Companies Inc. is a $12 billion company that manufactures and markets skin care, makeup, fragrance, and hair care products worldwide, including such brands as Estée Lauder, Aramis, Clinique, Bobbi Brown, Tommy Hilfiger, Donna Karan?, Aveda, Michael Kors, Missoni, Daisy Fuentes, Coach and Ojon.
